Single Venue Weddings

Since April 1995 it has been possible to marry at a venue other than a church or Register Office provided it is licensed for weddings. Getting married at a hotel or other venue that is also the reception can cause problems with transport. But we have solved this by providing the perfect solution. We collect you from home and take you to your chosen venue waiting until the ceremony is over, you then have your traditional photos with your husband and the wedding cars. (Of course if you are getting ready at the same venue we can collect the groom, best man and possibly the ushers and take them to the venue instead).We then take you both for a ten or fifteen minute drive, or a little longer if you wish, so you can have some quiet, intimate time on your own together.  Without this drive you may not be able to say those things you really want to say to each other following your marriage, until midnight or later.

We can of course provide champagne if you wish during your short journey into your new life together.
